Psalm 91:4 He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
This means God’s protection. Have you ever watched how a hen is protective of its chicken, how she quickly gathers them under her wings in case of danger and the way she covers them under her feathers in coldness? This is what the Lord is likening His protection over His own. Be confident in this it for no protection compares to it.
Prayer: Dear Lord, I take refuge in you. Please cover me with your feathers and under your wings let me take refuge. Be my shield and buckler. Let me find safety in you. In the name of Jesus. Amen
